                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REZONE A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 1418
                   CLOVERDALE CIRCLE, BEING ON THE NORTHWEST AND
                   SOUTHWEST LINE OF CLOVERDALE CIRCLE NORTHEAST
                   OF CLOVERDALE DRIVE FROM R-1 RESIDENTIAL ZONE
                   TO R-4 SPECIAL ZONE, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN
                   CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to rezone:
               
                A tract of land located at 1418 Cloverdale Circle,
                being on the northwest and southwest line of
                Cloverdale Circle northeast of Cloverdale Drive. 
                Lot 32, Revised Plat of Cloverdell Village, as
                shown by plat of record in plat book 19, page 53,
                R.O.H.C., being the property described in deed book
                3810, page 753, R.O.H.C.  Tax MaP NO. 110H-A-9.
               
         from R-1 Residential Zone to R-4 Special Zone.
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning 

         shall be subject to the following conditions:
              1.   The use of the property is restricted to that of a
                   church office only or any other use permitted in an 
R-1
                   Residential Zone.

              2.   Off-street parking permitted only on the main church
                   parking lot across the street.
        
              3.   Property is required to maintain a residential
                   appearance.
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, the 
public
         welfare requiring it.
